About The Total Gut Reset: What to Expect

Welcome to your Kickstart–several weeks of your life dedicated a total health upgrade: optimizing how you look, move, feel and think!

We believe that, when given the right tools, your body innately wants to heal itself and thrive. 

To accomplish this mission, over the course of the next 90 days,  we will walk you through the process of how to “build” your Custom Body Blueprint—your personal game plan for feeling your best (the best foods, supplements, lifestyle factors and mindsets for your body). 

A complete “Health Edit” does not happen overnight. We’ll walk you through 3 phases:

Phase 1: Kickstart (2 Prep Weeks – Week 6)  

Phase 2: Customize (Week 7 – Week 12)

Phase 3: Optimize (Week 13+)

Don’t worry about the details! We’ve got you every step of the way. 

All you have to do is check in to your weekly lesson to find your weekly project and gut love habit to complete, and log your progress in your Custom Body Blueprint Template as you go along.

  • Sometimes we have been known to be “harsh.” That’s what you sometimes need, accountability.
    • If you continuously ask the same question every week without taking action, you will be called out on it.
  • I will talk about “imperfect action” many times inside of here, this is a main driver of my success.
    • Most people won’t even try, I’m willing to try, try first, and iterate to make it work 

What Does The Person Who Does NOT See Success Here Look Like?

  • Not willing to take action.
      • Making noise, not taking action.
  • Thinking you know better.
  • Thinking “nothing works” without taking the steps. 
  • Continuously saying “I don’t have time.”
  • Complaining instead of asking questions.
  • Little to no discipline, “scatterbrained.”
  • No tracking or data to back any of their questions/problems.
  • Not consuming any of the course content, or only consuming what they think is relevant.
  • Not showing up to any of the Q+A calls, or not participating.
  • Giving up, “this isn’t for me” before really getting started. 

What Does The Person Who Sees Success Here Look Like?

  • Takes action every day: 1 thing, slight edges, little game changers
    • Understands they know a lot, but can always learn more. Willing to learn and try a new way of doing things. 
  • Prioritizes their life.
      • Time management like their life depends on it.
      • Doesn’t procrastinate and sits down and does the hard stuff.
      • No Instagram, no Facebook, no text messages, no Netflix / Amazon.
  • Willing to sacrifice, monk-like discipline.
      • Great family relationship, healthy eating, sleep schedule, etc.
      • No escape from problems (drugs, social media), instead face head-on.
      • Can say “NO.”
  • Extremely aware of their surroundings and the people they spend time with.
  • Willing to sacrifice short-term pleasure for long term growth.
      • Think in terms of 5,10,15 years: Keep eye on vision. (How will this impact me in 5 years? 10 years?)
      • Compound interest: The little things add up!
    • There will be roadblocks, do not get upset, seek help.
    • Remember: If anyone else that looks like you has done it, so can you.
  • Take notes, teach it to someone else.
  • Execute. Execute. Execute.
