50 Wall-Ball (WB) Buy-In, then as many rounds of:
12 Deadlift + 12 Barbell Burpees
(I used 105 lbs. to start for deadlifts)
… Rest 5:00…
AMRAP 5:
35 WB Buy-In
9 Deadlifts + 9 Barbell Burpees (I increased deadlift weight to 115 lbs.)
… Rest 5:00…
AMRAP 5:
20 Wall-ball Buy-In, Then…
6 Deadlift + 6 Barbell Burpees (I increaded deadlift weight to 125 lbs.)
