My fav workout from Ben Bergeron’s “Comp Training” program this week:

With a running clock…

As Many Rounds as Possible in 5 Minutes of

  • 50 Wall-Ball (WB) Buy-In, then as many rounds of:

  • 12 Deadlift + 12 Barbell Burpees

(I used 105 lbs. to start for deadlifts)

… Rest 5:00…

AMRAP 5:

  • 35 WB Buy-In

  • 9 Deadlifts + 9 Barbell Burpees (I increased deadlift weight to 115 lbs.)

… Rest 5:00…

AMRAP 5:

  • 20 Wall-ball Buy-In, Then…

  • 6 Deadlift + 6 Barbell Burpees (I increaded deadlift weight to 125 lbs.)
