What is holding you (and me) back from thriving (not just surviving) in our lives today…and what would it take to get UNSTUCK out of any ruts you’re in?

Unlike most challenges—we’re not focused on just losing those 10 lbs., trying harder or eating cleaner…even DEEPER, we are focused on creating a NEW mindset and the life we THINK about  WANTING to live every day.

While fitness and nutrition ARE important parts of this project as well, we are going to use those things to FUEL our lives in order to do the things we are really meant to do: LIVE BIG.

Before we get started you need to answer THAT question.

Who is thriving you? The person you were meant to be.

Is it…

  • Doing things that make you tick?
  • Serving others and volunteering?
  • Living out your passions?
  • Spending time with people you love?

It could also be the simple things in life you love:

  • A good cup of coffee?
  • A killer CrossFit workout or yoga sesh?
  • Sunshine and the great outdoors?
  • Your puppy?

Make a list of WHO thriving, healthy, happy, doing-what-you-are-meant-to-do YOU is.
