Chocolate protein shake love. One of my fave shakes= water + 1/2 banana + coconut butter + cocoa beef isolate protein powder…However, NOT ALL PROTEIN POWDERS ARE CREATED EQUAL…(In fact, many of them mess with your gut health and metabolism)… I am cautious of the protein powder I use now. . .

Over the past 15 years, I’ve tried about every powder under the sun, come to find out, that MOST powders are “adult candy” masked in a healthy nutrition label (like artificial sweeteners)…
