Here in Austin, there’s definitely a whole lot of fun going on between week 2 of the big ACL (Austin City Limits) Music fest and Texas-OU football weekend (the “Red River Rivalry”) going on at Texas Cowboy’s stadium on Saturday.

My fav workout for the week (inspired by Ben Bergeron’s @builtbybergeron Comp Training Program)
- 15 Backsquats
- 10 Incline Dumbbell Bench Presses
3 Rounds For Time:
- 10 Renegade Man-Makers*
- 10 Dumbbell Step ups (10/side)
- 10 Dumbbell Overhead Walking lunge steps (10/side)
Start in Push up position holding dumbbells. Do 1 push up, then pull the dumbell in your right hand to your sides, then the left dumbbell to your side. Then jump your feet to your hands and stand up with the DB’s and press them overhead – that equals 1 rep.
5 Rounds For Time:
- 10 Ring Pushups
- 10 Pull-ups
- 10 Power Cleans
- 25 Wallballs
