Day 7: Leave a note of positivity (“You are beautiful”) in a library/book store/magazine/ or grocery store shelf/bathroom mirror note
Back in middle school I was an expert note writer and passer.
Note writing to my best friends helped the time go by during boring grammar lessons and complicated math facts.
That is until one day, during Pre-Algebra, Mr. Adams caught me. Caught me passing a note to my BFF in class.
And didn’t just catch me: He read it. And didn’t just read it. He read it…aloud.
“Mr. Adams looks so hot in his pink shirt today,” he said…then turning read.
I turned red too.
Note writing (and passing) fail.
If you were a middle school note writer too, you’re gonna love today’s project: A chance to redeem yourself (and any embarrassment you may have suffered during middle school).

Leave a note of positivity somewhere random today.
This could be a sticky note with an affirmation like “You are beautiful” in a library book or magazine at the grocery store.
A note that reads: “You’ve got this” on a bathroom mirror.
Or a note that says: “I love you because _____.” On your significant other’s driver’s seat.
Be creative. Be random. Spread positivity where it’s needed.
