Breakfast Taco
    Instructions
    1. Heat ghee or coconut oil on medium heat and sautéed onion if using.
    2. Add eggs to bowl, whisk with a fork until milky, then add to pan to scramble 2-4 minutes.
    3. In a separate pan, cook bacon on medium heat until crispy.
    4. Add eggs and bacon to coconut flour tortilla, along with smashed avocado or guacamole and optional add-ins.
