coconut flour tortillas
(siete brand or homemade)
pastured eggs, scrambled (or turkey sausage)
organic turkey bacon
diced tomatoes, onions, salsa, sauerkraut, dollop of goat’s milk or organic plain greek yogurt
Heat ghee or coconut oil on medium heat and sautéed onion if using.
Add eggs to bowl, whisk with a fork until milky, then add to pan to scramble 2-4 minutes.
In a separate pan, cook bacon on medium heat until crispy.
Add eggs and bacon to coconut flour tortilla, along with smashed avocado or guacamole and optional add-ins.
