    Instructions
    1. Heat ghee or coconut oil on medium heat and sautéed onion and garlic until translucent.
    2. Add ground meat and cook until almost done. Add squash or potatoes and cover with lid to soften.
    3. About 4-5 minutes later, add greens + sea salt + cinnamon, and cover once more.
    4. Cook about 3-4 more minutes until greens are softened, stirring occasionally.
    5. Serve with smashed avocado on top.
