The Food Industry is notorious for NOT having our “backs” when it comes to our health, often times sales and money drive Big Food decisions. Lawyer Benjamin Kuo experienced this first hand and is on a mission to change that. After years of struggling with metabolic syndrome and fatty liver disease, everything changed when he stopped following USDA guidelines and his doctor’s advice to just go on a pill or deal with it. Benjamin Kuo is a patent attorney and former engineer with a solo IP practice based in Los Angeles. Before forming his own practice, he was a patent examiner for the USPTO whose experience is at the juxtaposition between science and law.
