Nausea, skin breakouts, headaches, bloating, constipation and beyond are all common symptoms of “healing reactions”–a response the body can have when starting a new nutrition or supplement protocol. The kicker? It can ACTUALLY be your body’s sign of healing itself. Gray Graham, the founder of the Nutritional Therapy Association, is in the house today and here to share more on finding the RIGHT nutrition and supplements for YOUR body…plus what you need to know about “healing reactions.”
