Jane Karasek Hogan is a civil engineer and worked as a college instructor for 25 years. When she developed crippling rheumatoid arthritis autoimmune disease in 2016 she used engineering problem-solving skills to regain optimal health with a new mindset and lifestyle choices. Her research led her to functional medicine, an approach to health care that addresses root causes of illness on an individualized basis to find long-lasting healing that supports the body, mind, and spirit. Now as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Jane is passionate about helping people navigate their own journey to wellness and a life of freedom again. She offers private health coaching, group coaching through her Wonderful Fine mind-body wellness membership program for women as well as wellness workshops and presentations.
